T.M.S. is a company founded in 1997, built on over thirty years of experience in the industry, and boasts a highly specialized team to meet customer needs. It specializes in galvanic and thermal treatments for small metal parts (brass and alloys) in the electrical/electronic sector. Specifically, it offers copper plating, nickel plating, and gold plating for electronic components and small parts.
Our galvanic treatments are carried out by immersing metals in special liquid solutions through rotary barrels to optimize their consistency and functionality in various applications.
Each deposit is then measured using X-ray tools capable of precisely defining the thickness of one or more metals, depending on the customer’s request.
Thermal treatments are then performed to modify the hardness of metals, upon customer request, using state-of-the-art equipment and machinery that ensure a flawless and accurate result, with the possibility of certifying the achieved hardness in the laboratory. Finally, passivation treatments for stainless steel can be performed to increase its resistance to corrosion.
All treatments are customizable based on the customer’s requirements for the final use.
